This ‘Singaporen Breakfast’ cheesecake ($52.90 whole 900g, $6.90 slice), available from 19 July, is constructed with a vanilla sponge and a velvety smooth coffee cream cheese that has been infused with the robust flavours and fragrant aroma of locally-source Nanyang coffee powder, with the addition of charcoal powder to create the bold hue. Instead of you needing to drink the kopi, you can now savor the Singaporean Breakfast in a cake form, with the wonderful richness of the cream cheese and aromatic hints of coffee.
