The bak chor mee ($5) at Lao Zhong Zhong Eating House comes with Teochew dumpling (水饺), fish paste dumpling (鱼饺), fishball and Fuzhou meatball, which is a lot more variety that your typical BCM. But my favourite thing about their BCM is the noodles (mee kia), which is chewier than usual! The noodles add a nice bite to the dish and goes really well with the vinegary chilli sauce:) #bakchormee
