Offering only a few items on the menu, Keisuke always surprised us with various type of Japanese foods.

What interesting here was the beef are prepared in front of you, before serving to you. So you could choose how you want your beef to be cooked.

The meal also comes with a chawanmushi and boiled egg for you to put on top of your beef. There’s also sauce given in case you feel your rice bowl too dry.
