Back here again for the 2nd time to try another fusion bowl with a different choice of protein. Given a free option to have the highly addictive torched mentaiko sauce over my chicken thigh, it’s impossible to resist. The meat was pretty succulent but sadly the teriyaki flavour was overpowered by the charred mentaiko sauce. I guess you can’t have the best of two worlds 😂. Love it nevertheless 😋
