💖 An exclusive item by Chef Robert that isn’t available on the current menu, each french toast cubes are pan fried to a crisp, caramelised golden brown exterior, with peanut butter sandwiched within. A resemblance to a Hong Kong style French toast, which is also Chef Robert’s hometown! 😅 Drizzled with honey and served with a scoop of strawberry ice cream, the toast is soft, fluffy and pillowy with slightly crisp, crusty edges. Really love the combination with peanut butter that added a pleasant subtle lingering saltiness and a smooth, creamy and nutty texture and flavour 😋. Though I would have very much preferred vanilla ice cream instead of strawberry (not a fan of fruity flavours of 🍦), the French toast cubes alone were suffice to satisfy my sweet little tooth! 😆 [PS: This dish has yet to be named, feel free to provide any ideas / suggestions😉] .
