The soup wasn't the mala spice that you would expect, more like rlly flavourful soup w hot oil that's numbing as well. Both the soup and noodles were good, but the pork intestines were the showstopper. Probably the best I've had, its so ridiculously soft and bursting w umami from the braising liquid. Utterly sinful and even though it's true there's abit of porkiness, it takes a master to convert that into umami. So this is definitely a good kind of stench, and a mild one at that. MUST TRY!!!
