This did indeed really taste like kimchi! The pasta took on an orange hue and and had that sourish tang that you’d expect from the preserved veg. Besides the kimchi itself, there was also green chilli and leek strewn about. The meat component; crispy pork belly, was alright, tender enough but not particularly tasty. Overall a pretty tasty and unique pasta for the price.
