The char siew from East Ocean is really.... incomparable!!!! Just look at this beauty... It’s so amazingly tender, it’s as if it were cooked sous vide. There’s just the right amount of fats and isn’t too charred (unlike a lot of places, since this seems to be a trend now). The sauce is also really perfect and not too sweet or sticky. Definitely my favourite char siew!

P.s. I love their other dishes too and they actually have 15% off for DBS card members until 31 July! Really worth it and good to go with family.
