1) Starters: Whipped truffle burrata confit which literally my in your mouth, served with basil, figs and balsamic. .

2) Mains: Crab omelet, enoki and herb salad which went really well with savoury miso mustard broth.

3) Mains: Beetroot cured king salmon with zucchini and corn rosti, served with slow cooked egg and seaweed hollandaise

4) Desserts: Coconut sorbet and trifle.
