Super delish. This joint makes their noodles with buckwheat flour, so expect slightly thicker and softer noodles (as compared to Kajiken’s). That said, it was still enjoyably chewy and able to retain all the goodness of their *secret* minced pork sauce which they toss their noodles in here. Don’t forget to liberally drizzle on their kombu vinegar as well, which will definitely add an extra oomph to your bowl!
