Fresh grilled chorizo with caramelised onions and manchego cheese

Chorizo piece was slightly small which didn't give the dish enough flavour. The mix of the flavours didn't pair well either, as I couldn't really taste the cheese or the onions other than munching on its texture. Get the prawns / shrimps instead!
