Risotto in saffron with king scallops and caviar. Had this as part of their ongoing 1-for-1 lunch deals, very worth it! Very nice creamy gravy, and the scallops were amazingly fresh and fragrant... the caviar gave the risotto a nice subtly sweet flavour. Unfortunately I can’t recall what the gravy is made from but this is a very unique dish that I’d have again! Can also be quite heavy to have on its own so it would be good to share together with a pizza for a good balance!
