High quality and generous portion of Uni and ikura, it was a small rice bowl but felt it was sufficient after a sashimi platter with space for dessert ! This bowl was $30 and the larger serving was $50. Uni was melt in your mouth. While the prices may seem to have increased since COVID (the Uni spaghetti is $60 now) it’s still good food and quality for the money. As in my other post, the COVID impact is real in limited seating diners and just happy that this authentic jap restaurant is still around. A look around other customers are a mix of Japanese, Japanese and their guests and some locals as well. The service staff is extremely warm and enjoy seeing you enjoy the food. Came to check this place out after reading about best Izakayas to head to on Burpple.
