Grilled with miso to a medium rare doneness, the steak is only lightly seasoned so the focus was on the beef. I love the thick layer of fats running along the sides and the marbling within the steak.

The Valentine's Day menu also includes "The Nest", which is hot melted parmigiano-reggiano & mozzarella with free range eggs. It's cheese on chawanmushi and I love the appetizer. Dessert is "Salted Caramel", which includes lavender, sakura sea salt, vanilla, and caramelized homemade cookies. There's another option for main course, "The Farm", which is roasted black pork with martell cordon bleu.
