The prawn paste and the fish dumplings are made by hand so you know it's gonna be very good. Fish dumplings were so juicy and bouncy, and the fish skin particularly stood out with its excellent texture. The prawn paste did not disappoint as well, similarly having an excellent bouncy and chunky texture and the prawn taste jumps out immediately. Unfortunately you can't mix them so you have to order them separately
