These were the 3 Cs that came to mind. This fusion Jjampong topped with mozzarella (a lot) and tobiko would be ideal for anyone who enjoys that thick, stretchy cheese throughout every mouthful of the noodles. But beware it could get overwhelmingly jelak for some, not to think of finishing it by oneself.
The wheat-noodle Jjampong was slightly chewy in a pleasant way, definitely good to fill the stomach for a hearty meal. Fried with onions and cabbage, the dry Jjampong had a tasty Wok Hei which we found enjoyable.
Besides our 1-for-1 noodles, we also had the Sweet potato pizza with a whipped cream as dessert. Taste-wise, the sweet potato was good. The whipped cream added a sweet and smooth creaminess to the pizza, although it was a little too creamy as we weren’t much into whipped cream.
Together, these were quite a lot to handle without feeling stuffed, especially with all that cheese and cream and the big portions of chewy noodles. But with a more balanced choice of flavours next time, we would find ourselves back again.
