On a hawker food trail today around the west. Our first stop is Blk 640 Bukit Batok, which is 3 mins walk from Bukit Batok MRT. Xiang Mei roast meat is highly recommended by many foodies. They still use charcoal to roast, hence you get that mild crackling skin with juicy meat. Their roast chicken is also decent, but char siew is not their forte lah.
