Buah Keluak - Each nut is cut open, the essence of the Nut extracted, smoothed then put it back in. It tastes like Dark Chocolate to me. Every place has their own rendition & every True Blue Peranakan has their Favourite way to preparing them. 🌰

Tok Pangjang traditionally refers to a feast laid out on Long tables to accommodate the kaleidoscope & magnitude of Peranakan food specially prepared for guests &/or family.
