Babasan is probably one of the most underrated eatery at the moment; then again I might be biased since I have been a huge fan since their uncle kiisu days. I was literally overjoyed when they came back with a whole new concept and with a bang may I add. I thought the crispy pork belly was something I had to try and the outcome was more than what I expected. The pork belly was super crispy that you could literally hear the crunch with each bite and the best part is the super soft meat that melts in your mouth. The mee siam and the gravy really brought out the best of the pork belly.
