We popped in here on a Saturday night hoping for a decent meal, but not knowing much about the place. We were pleasantly surprised by the beautiful gold toned serving ware, gorgeous marble toned dinnerware, and simple and chic furnishings. But food, of course, is what brings you back - not decor.

The chicken and shrimp tortellini didn’t disappoint with a light yet rich broth and fresh and plump tortellini. The beef stew was wonderfully tender and was dotted with hearty chunks of carrot and radish. I also enjoyed the lamb shank with a tomato based sauce (the chili sauce cut through some gaminess). We enjoyed everything with a reasonably priced bottle (S$21.80) bottle of sake. I’d definitely go again for the solid and reasonably priced food!
