Served with a glorious stack of addictive fried chicken, the slightly charred buttermilk pancakes have the right crisp on the edges, and light and fluffy in the center. I like how the chili flakes (YES CHILI) in the maple sauce added a tinge of spiciness, bringing balance to the sweet-savoury dish. Now excuse me while I slip into a food coma.
