This is from BUTA GOD. The best Ramen I'd had in Singapore! It was cooked to perfection in my personal opinion. Hmmm...perhaps a tad too much pork :?. The roast pork (char siew) was moist and tender. The noodle had that konnyaku-like crunch. The bowl of noodles were decked with thinly-sliced pork belly, usually used for shabu shabu. I love bamboo shoots and those braised bamboo shoots used tasted like the Japanese kanpyo - (preserved radish). It was a large wow bowl of ramen, so be prepared and wear something loose! Priced at S$18. Enjoy.
