This surprised us with how good it was, and how different it is from other meat-free products.

The Braised NoChicken Chunks were whole, not minced, with a bouncy tender texture that closely resembles the real thing. It has even replicated the chicken skin!.

Served with bouncy button mushrooms in a sweet savoury salty mushroom tofu cream gravy, these were so good.

Accompanied by grainy quinoa tossed with crunchy bell peppers / capsicum, sharp mint leaves, and crisp parsley, a beautiful contrast of textures with vegetal grainy sweet bitter herbal flavour. Nicely refreshing and satisfying.

We agreed that if we didn't know this was nochicken, one could easily be led to believe it was real meat.
