🤔: Really enjoyed the salmon ochazuke albeit the salmon being a tad bit too salty. Can’t be compared to the one I had in Japan, but still pretty good nonetheless. The pulled kpork on the other hand was confusing. Not exactly sure which part of the dish was korean-inspired as the pork had no sauce on it at all and neither was there any gochujang. However, the onsen egg seemed to hold this pork and the toast together well and tasted quite good together, despite the lack of marinade or sauce. The cassava chips were alright, but the greens were unfresh and some parts were even grey or black in colour, so we left those untouched. The space was super cute and food was served fast, would recommend for those who wanna get a light lunch as portions run kinda small.
