My, my, I must say I am quite surprised that I liked it. I have never liked such pasteries but I will eat these. The wife biscuits, aka lao po bing is nice. The soft texture isn't too sweet and blends well with the buttery crust. The same goes for the red bean biscuit and the filling is smooth without the taste of too much sugar. I do not like the mung bean pastry though, but I think it's a matter of preference. Its probably because I prefer the sandy texture of the penang type of mung bean pastry. Do visit this place and try their pasteries. There isn't a long snaking queue so you do not have to worry about standing till your legs break.
