It would have been better with a stronger wok hei and crispier pork lard bits. Don’t waste your time and calories on the oyster omelette as it tastes like carrot cake with oysters. From now onwards, I would think twice before coming back as there are better ones out there.
I would also like to highlight that as I was taking a video of the frying process, from a distance away from the stall, I was given the death stare and eventually a scolding from the staff on my actions. My thinking is if you are so against people taking photos or videos, then why do you still do a clear glass at the front of your stall and everyone can see you frying? Why don’t just change the frying to the back and no one will be able to video or photograph you? Comment down below if you have similar bad experiences.
