Oyster omelette is common Taiwan street food, but sadly the one offered in salted plum falls short on expectations. The highlight was instead the Lu Rou! It’s so soft and tender. Well braised, goes very well with the Shiny Rice ($1), which comes with lard and garlic oil drizzled at the top
