A Char Siew and roasted meat place by the @muttons modernised for a pleasant dining experience.
Their Char Siew and roasted meat definitely met the mark in terms of quality and taste, especially the latter that had such crispy skin and that fragrant “roasted” aroma.
Their Dang Gui was a hit too, with the strong herbal fragrance. And what better way than to serve it boneless for maximum enjoyment.
Everything else we had scored an “A” as well. The fragrant rice was cooked on point, soup was flavourful. And not forgetting those lava eggs, they just scored extra points for us.
Finally, the place - it was also F-Kin nice. Hip, groovy lightings with nostalgic decor and Chinese Pop music playing in the background. What better setting for the modern foodies?
