Starting off the tempura courses with the classic prawn, it was battered and fried on the spot in front of us. The prawn was fresh while the batter was light, delectable and crispy. I also like how they don't waste the prawn's head and it certainly does make a crispy snack when fried properly 😋Their tempura courses are all meant to be complemented by the standard daikon tempura sauce, as well as by the flavored salts available at the table in front of you (matcha, curry, spicy salts). The flavored salts were definitely something different and I never thought that they would go so well with tempura - 👵🏻 #burpple #throwback
