Discovered this rather new stall named 香传 Xiang Chuan at 115 Bukit Merah View Hawker Centre. Thought this was rather unique; a fusion between Pulut Hitam and Kueh Lapis, with layers of black glutinous rice in between. The Kueh does feel a lot denser and thus, substantial as compared to the usual Kueh Lapis, but thankfully not overly sweet. A rather interesting take to a local favourite in Singapore.
