I didn't expect them to serve suckling pig this way and it was interesting. Wrapped and deep fried it wasn't heavy at all, you have to mop up all the white sauce that came with it (not visible here). Loved the chips, green chillies and marinated red peppers that accompanied the tostadas. Yummy!
