their scrambled egg fame is the reason why we didn't mind paying $6 more for scrambled eggs alongside our 𝙍𝙞𝙘𝙤𝙩𝙩𝙖 𝙏𝙖𝙧𝙩𝙞𝙣𝙚 [$15]. the scrambled eggs really met all my (already high) expectations, being perfectly cooked, looking softly set and slightly runny on top. it also had a distinct buttery aroma that left me craving for more!
the serving of ricotta atop the sourdough slice was generous, and was smooth and light in flavour. a slice of sourdough, ricotta, their sweet cherry tomatoes and runny scrambled eggs really made my day pls...
the only drawback was that it was, at first, a little hard to cut into the sourdough crust because it was a really hard but it's ok it softened after a while haha
