The new #TangRestaurant features a dedicated bar area at the front, serving up bar bites and alcohol, and probably one of the best and most flavourful house special Chicken Broth ($19), made from pork bones, old hens, fish and fish bones, all simmered for more than six hours.

Go for their set ($50/pax), or a la carte menu of homemade meat and fish balls ($10-14 for eight pieces) etc. Signature cooked specials include mapo tofu ($12) and Sichuan spicy chicken ($22).
