Roasted Lemongrass pork served with viet slaw, mint, coriander, shallots, spring onion and nuts at the newly opened @fatsaigonboy.sg . The accompanying chilli paste is a must as it is awesome! The roasted pork was yummy. A great quick lunch option during the work week!
