Another star dish of the restaurant that you will find sitting on most tables, this oyster omelette is definitely different from the rest you've tried! I love this dish for its super crispy omelette with a sweet tasting chili sauce that compliments it so well. Oysters were fresh and juicy. It's funny how everyone was grabbing the crispy parts instead of the oyster and the small portion was surely insufficient!
