Michelin bib gourmand unagi sure lived up to its title! The set came with a generous portion of grilled unagi on a bed of jap pearl rice, fresh wasabi for you to grate yourself, pickles, dashi soup stock, spring onions and 3 types of sauces (sweet, spicy, normal) for you to choose from!

My favourite way of eating this was to mix in a small amount of dashi soup stock and then just add a drop or two of the sweet sauce with some spring onions. I enjoyed my meal here a lot because the whole dining experience was so fun, experimenting the different ways to eat just one dish.

Pro tip: Come on a weekday for late lunch around 1-2pm and the whole restaurant will be yours!
