Burnt cheesecake has become a very popular dessert in Singapore. Although it’s not the prettiest looking dessert around, it definitely will satisfy one’s tastebuds.

Check out The Kins’ at Pasir Panjang. A chill, relaxed cafe that does a great version of it. The burnt cheesecake is soft, light and creamy and makes it easy for one to have it without sharing with anyone. The burnt top combined with the oozy, molten centre of cream cheese made it a heavenly delight. I could have two of that if I didn’t need to watch my calorie and fat intake.
