Indonesian specialities- ONLY UNTIL 27th JULY! Catch it before it's gone!

Among the plethora of different curries, meats and seafood, this was the star of the Indonesian specialities! I've never seen such a large spread of beautifully presented and freshly made sambals. Here are just some of their names: sambal matah (shallots, lime leaves and chilli salsa), sambal ijo Sumatran (fresh green chilli chutney), sambal tomat, sambal terasi (shrimp paste chilli chutney), sambal dabu dabu Manado (Manado chilli paste), sambal manga muda (fresh young mango chilli paste) and more! Each with its unique take on spiciness. Combined with the tangy sweetness of young mangoes or savory umami-ness of shrimp, you get spoiled for choice!

All the Indonesia Specialities were created by guest chefs from The Ritz-Carlton Bali, hence providing the authenticity to the wonderful food. The love and care they put into their food was visible.
