Read about this new stall and since it is close by, decided to give it a try. Not the easiest since they are closed in weekends.

Their “不见天” char siew is half fatty and half lean. Meat is tender and succulent but not as sweet as what I am used to. When dipped into their sour chilli sauce or accompanied by their sambal chilli sauce, it immediately escalates the flavour of the char siew. As for the roasted pork belly, portion is a bit small but the crackling is so crispy!

Definitely coming back for more!
