It’s not Easter without some eggs 🐣 These New Zealand scrambled eggs on sourdough are usually my must-order breakfast favourite at @houseofanli. Sadly yesterday’s eggs on toast wasn’t very hot and I don’t think the chef prepared it properly. Could see lots of egg white and it tasted (different) more like soft boiled eggs which was disappointing because I don’t like soft boiled eggs. At least it looked pretty 🤷🏻‍♀️
