A fun one-bite snack, combining the key elements of the 2 local dishes - rojak and kueh pie tee. By serving toasted jicama, peanuts, pineapple chutney, tamarind in crisp pie tee shells; the Rojak had a good punch of flavours - savoury, sourish, spicy, and sweet. The medley of textures was also very enjoyable as the contrasting crunch from the shell and the vegetables went hand in hand with the moist filling.
