Serving grilled octopus on a bed of hummus is probably not something you’d often see, but it worked well. The octopus was grilled tender and soft with a slightly charred exterior, while the creamy hummus was brightened up with bits of nduja. Was just hoping for some bread to mop up the rest of the hummus!
