Eyeing Puffs And Peaks Bakery’s Rosemary Cheddar Chive Scones ($5/ 2pcs) for the longest time, I finally got down to ordering some over the weekend. Folded with chives, cheddar cheese, and topped with rosemary herb, the scones were a tad dry in my opinion as I prefer a moist variant but the small tub of house-made miso butter was good. The salty, umami quality of the butter really complements the slightly herbaceous, buttery and savoury taste of the bake - the blend of flavours being right up my alley.
