@ramen_keisuke's newest concept features tonkatsu and they offer the classic loin/tenderloin tonkatsu, customisable katsu rolls with your choice of 5 ingredients as well as seafood katsu. We got the Rolled Pork and Vegetables Set and the crispy exterior was light and the meat was tender with the vegetables adding in that extra crunch too.

Each set comes with a tempura egg, rice and miso soup and you can pair your katsu with a wide selection of sauces. There's a salad bar with accompanying dressings too!
