Besides enjoying yong tau foo with soup, laksa gravy or traditional sweet and spicy sauce, Fatty Aunt whips up her own speciality bak chor (minced pork) and savoury bean sauce. You might be familiar with choosing rice, beehoon, kway teow, yellow noodles or even yee mee at the usual yong tau foo stalls. But Fatty Aunt offers more! They also have bee tai bak, dang hun, macaroni and chee cheong fun! For my first bowl, I went with chee cheong fun and bean sauce. The flavours intensify after I added spoons of the fragrant chilli paste. 😋
