Remembered writing about this some time back last year when I was still in Clementi Camp where Iast had it before booking in. Having this for the second time, it was not particularly wonderful; perhaps rather average. Roasted Chicken was a tad dry and pale for the skin, though does seem to carry a bit of roasted flavour while the meat was decent though nothing to shout about. Rice was fragrant but felt rather stiff, dry and a tad undercooked. Chili was decent though; great balance of spiciness with the right tinge of sourness from the calamansi.
