Love Noodles is a new stall at 3838 Eating Place next to Siglap Centre, serving up affordable fusion Thai food that's definitely worth a try. This proved to be slurp-worthy - minced meat and finely chopped long beans stir-fried in a sauce that was tangy and umami, aromatic from the basil and packing quite alot of heat even though I had asked for the lowest level of spiciness. I can only imagine what level 3 tastes like. If you don't fancy Italian noodles in your Thai food, they also give you a choice of mee and vermicelli, amongst others. Their signature chicken wings looked amazing too, but I didn't have enough room to try them. Will be back for sure!
