These signature spicy tuna tartare in miso sesame cones practically explode with flavour. Which explains why they are a firm favourite of mine, and the thousands upon thousands of Spago's customers since Wolfgang Puck opened the very first Spago in California in 1982.
The original is a must-try in my opinion, but if you can't take spicy food, they can do a non-spicy version too.
And should you happen to visit Spago for lunch, you can choose to have them as a starter (they come in a pair) in the $45++ set menu. Excellent value considering it costs $36++ for a set of three cones if you order a la carte.
