This is such a hidden gem in Boat Quay. One of the best pizza and pasta I've tasted in Singapore, comparable to LINO.

Place is very homey, located on the 2nd level and has Boat Quay view including Fullerton and Singapore Flyer. Owner also very friendly, super warm service.
