Salt and black pepper karaage chunks served with a sweet vinegar dip.

I found these chicken karaage chunks quite interesting. They were served piping hot, and seemed to be battered in extremely crispy fried egg (similar to those found at fish soup stalls). While not super crunchy, they were still good. I liked the sweet vinegar dip that they were served with, and even people who don’t usually like vinegar should be able to enjoy this dip. Wasn’t such a fan of the tartar sauce topping though, and ended up scraping that off.

While this was nice, I wouldn’t say it’s one of my favourite karaage. I’d probably leave this out of my order next time to try something else.
